Ellen Page’s decision to come as Gay has got an incredible amount of support from people all round the world and a number of celebrities took to social media to express their support. Jane Lynch, Anna Kendrick, Kristen Bell were just some of the famous people who showered praise on Ellen’s brave decision.

26 year old Ellen Page came out to world on Valentine’s Day in a moving speech at the ‘Time to Thrive’ conference. The Juno star said she was tired of lying and she was coming out so she could make a difference to help others have an easier and more hopeful time.

Bell has famously put off her own wedding until it was legal for everyone to get married, she wed Dax Shepard last year after the Supreme Court ruling in support of same sex marriage.
